Adrift by David Myers restaurant, serving modern Californian cuisine with an Asian edge, operates within Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, at 10 Bayfront Avenue.
The restaurant, combining a nostalgic spirit with modern aesthetics, is a bespoke urban kaleidoscope inspired by places, faces, stories, and flavours from California to Asia.
Adrift is a contemporary take on a vibrant Izakaya, where the flavour-forward menu features small plates, healthy salads, seafood, and meats grilled over bincho charcoal on a traditional robata grill, using fresh Californian produce.
Among the restaurant’s signature menu items are King Crab Melt, Wagyu Cheeseburger, and there are also share plates of modern Asian dishes, such as Buckwheat Fried Chicken and Foie Gras Bánh Mì.
The restaurant also has a bar and lounge section, where the signature cocktails have been created by New York bar consultant Sam Ross.
