Founded in Kobe, Japan, more than 55 years ago, Gokoku Japanese Bakery is an authentically Japanese ‘wa’ (和) bakery.
The bakery’s ‘wa’ goodness comes from being freshly baked using Japanese flour and traditional ingredients, such as brown rice and sakadane (fermented dough), and where the wholesomeness of the ingredients are retained through the use of established production techniques from Japan.
