At the restaurant, you can mix and match your own delicious udon, sides, and tempura – by enjoying the unique flavours or pick from any of the restaurants All Time Favourite alternatives.

For the Create-Your-Own udon, you first choose the udon noodle (Original, Matcha (Green Tea), or Togarashi (Japanese Pepper)), then the core udon: Kake Udon (plain soup), Zaru Udon (with chilled dipping sauce), Kitsune Udon (with fried beancurd), Kamatama Udon (with half boiled egg), Chicken Steak Udon, Pork Udon, or Beef Udon.

You can also choose from the All-time Favourites, which include Kakitama Chicken Steak Udon (eggdrop soup udon with chicken steak), Spicy Miso Minced Pork Udon, Beef Curry Udon, Curry Udon, Beef Curry Rice, Beef Sukiyaki Rice, and Curry Rice.
