Long Chim by David Thompson Thai restaurant is located within Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, at 10 Bayfront Avenue.
The restaurant, whose name means “come and taste” in English, was established by David Thompson, an internationally acclaimed chef, restaurateur and cookbook author.
Long Chim features a bold, new dining concept, combining vibrant spices and textures of Bangkok’s street food with the luxurious setting at Singapore’s top lifestyle destination.
Within the same theme, the menu offers traditional Thai dishes that have been re-imagined to both surprise and intrigue the contemporary palate.
Signature dishes within the menu, prepared on the restaurant’s live kitchen stations, are Deep-fried Whole Fish with Three-flavoured Sauce and Pad Thai, while other customer favorites include Grilled Waguu Beef Salad, Chiang Mai Curried Noodle Soup, and Red Curry of Roast Duck.
The restaurant also has a colorful lounge bar that serves original Thai-inspired cocktails, such as the “Bangkok Blazer” and the signature “555”.
