Serving modern Californian cuisine with an Asian edge, you can find Adrift by David Myers restaurant from within Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, at 10 Bayfront Avenue. (UPDATE 2022: THE RESTAURANT HAS CLOSED)
The restaurant, combining a nostalgic spirit with modern aesthetics, is a bespoke urban kaleidoscope inspired by places, faces, stories, and flavors from California to Asia.
Adrift is a contemporary take on a vibrant Izakaya, where the flavor-forward menu features small plates, healthy salads, seafood, and meats grilled over bincho charcoal on a traditional robata grill, using fresh Californian produce.
Among the signature menu items are King Crab Melt, Wagyu Cheeseburger, and there are also share plates of modern Asian dishes, such as Buckwheat Fried Chicken and Foie Gras Bánh Mì.
The restaurant also has a bar and lounge section, where the signature cocktails have been created by New York bar consultant Sam Ross.
