Afterwit Bar de Burrito, a popular Mexican restaurant in Singapore, operates within Kampong Glam neighbourhood, at 778 North Bridge Road.
A concept created by The Black Hole Group in 2015, the outlet combines an exciting Halal menu of Mexican-influenced fare with an indie cafe experience.
The menu choices reflect the long summer days and tropical vibes of Mexico, with an emphasis on tacos, nachos, burritos, churros, and quesadillas.
Highlights in the menu include, for example, Skewed Octopus (snack – grilled octopus, sesame pickled quail eggs, olive sauce, red cabbage, lime), Marine Sour Cream Tacos (grilled barramundi, Chipotle sour cream, crispy kale, cherry tomato, Pico de Gallo)…
…Muvuca Burrito (beef chorizo, braised black beans, Cheddar, served with lime coriander rice), NACHOOOOS (pulled lamb, crumbled feta, fresh salsa, oregano, kalamata olives, pomegranates), as well as Churros (dessert – cinnamon sugar, chocolate sauce).
Each bite of crunchy tacos & nachos, pull of gooey cheese, and the scent of refreshing lime flavours at the diner are reminiscent of famous Mexican hospitality.
