The 100-seater izakaya-style restaurant & bar, open to customers since 2019, specialises in serving culinary specialties from the northern part of Japan, Hokkaido.
In fact, every day at the outlet is like a Hokkaido food fair, with menu delights flown in daily from Hokkaido (a region known for fresh seafood) and the wait staff serving the delicious meals in traditional Japanese garbs.
Signatures on the restaurant menu include Muroran Yakitori, a classic Hokkaido dish with skewered onion and pork, as well as the likes of Tokujo Assorted Hokkaido Fresh Sashimi Platter (a platter of customer favourites from tuna akami to fatty tuna & sea urchin) and Uni & Negitoro Sushi Dogs (sushi versions of hot dogs, topped with ikura).
