You can find Artichoke Middle Eastern restaurant in Singapore from within the Arts and Heritage district, at 161 Middle Road.
Open to customers since 2010, the place, a new school restaurant & kebab and mezze bar created by Chef Bjorn Shen, offers an exciting menu of Middle Eastern-inspired dishes.
The food and atmosphere at the outlet is creative and fun, with a backdrop of 60’s soul and 90’s hip-hop, partly because the concept was influenced by Chef Bjorn Chen’s love for a favourite movie, You Don’t Mess with the Zohan.
Overall, the flavours draw inspiration from Middle-Eastern culinary traditions and ingredients, with highlights in the menu being the likes of Lambgasm, Jewelled Hummus, as well as a re-imagined date “pudding”.
To top off with your meal, the restaurant features a bold wine list, ice-cold beers, cocktail series that has been inspired by Turkey, plus non-alcoholic options such as lemonades, housemade Turkish tea, and coffees.
