A concept created by chef Pepe Moncayo, the place pays tribute to Modern Shudo dining (‘shudo‘ meaning ‘sake way‘) that pairs contemporary way of sake enjoyment with international cuisine.
Housed across two shophouse units, the outlet features a warmly-lit dining room, a floor-to-ceiling sake cellar (with over 80 sake labels), a discreet private dining space, and a relaxed open kitchen.
The dishes, with omakase dining option available, are carefully crafted regards to the colours, flavours, and textures that imbue the indulgences with a touch of theatre, and for a culinary experience that is driven by the favoured ingredients of the season that transcends boundaries.
