The outlet, an unanimous winner of The Straits Times Food’s 2019 burger taste test, has been serving customers delicious hamburgers since 2015.

Part of the burger joint’s appeal is their constant R&D in making the compact range of menu items even better, from the bun right down to the patty.

The range of gourmet burgers at the restaurant menu are Basic Burger, Pure Japanese Wagyu Burger, 2280 Beef Burger, as well as New Zealand Blue Cod Burger.

Of the choices, the 2280 Beef Burger, as an example, features a buttered bun & a grass-fed Aberdeen Angus patty (grilled a la plancha) that is topped with pickled red onions, American cheese, beef garum & house-made shio kombu burger sauce.

You can also a delicious Connecticut-style Lobster Roll, which contains American lobster meat (with butter made from lobster head), housemade shio kombu mayonnaise, and a buttered soft baguette.
