With a reputation as one of Asia’s most exciting places to dine, the outlet, rated 14th on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021 list, is a contemporary BBQ restaurant where the food is grilled over wood embers or cooked in the 800°C wood-fired ovens.
At the heart of the place is an open-concept kitchen featuring a custom four-tonne, dual cavity ovens (that reach temperatures of up to 950°C in the middle of service) and three elevation grills that allow utmost control of the cooking.
