Carnivore Brazilian churrascaria restaurant in Singapore operates within CHIJMES building complex, at 30 Victoria Street.
In business since 2004, the outlet offers unique buffet meals of Brazilian churrasco (Brazilian BBQ meats).
‘Churrascaria‘ is Portuguese for a barbecue restaurant, and the place showcases the best of these traditions of skillfully grilling meats over fire.
All of the meats are marinated with traditional Brazilian recipes and then rotisserie-cooked over open fire until perfection.
The array of meats is impressive – beef hump, rib, rump, lamb leg, chicken thigh, chicken heart, fish, pork sausage, and more.
On the dinner buffet menu are a total of 15 hot and cold dishes to complement the endless flow of rotisserie-roasted meats, and the vegetarians among us are not forgotten either.
As you dine at Carnivore, knife-welding passadors (meat waiters) will move around the restaurant’s tables, carving grilled meats from large skewers onto your plate.
The service is controlled with green and red discs: a green disc signals the passador that you want the meats to keep coming, while a red disc indicates you’re full and stops the service.
