Casa Italia has 15 ice cream cafes throughout Singapore, with one location at the Singapore Zoo Night Safari Entrance Plaza (80 Mandai Lake Road). (UPDATE 2019: ALL LOCATIONS CLOSED).
The chain is best known for its artisanal ice cream products, over 50 different super-premium flavors, all of which are freshly made daily in Singapore at the company’s own factory.
All the ice creams are done using authentic gelato recipes, “come nel 1962”, like they did Italian gelato back in 1962, with no colorants, preservatives, artificial flavours, or chemicals.
Freshest seasonal fruits, pure whole milk, the best French cream, hazelnuts from Piedmont, purest vanilla beans from Madagascar and Polynesia, pistachios from Sicily, and single origin chocolate from South America and Africa are among the ingredients used for the delicious Italian desserts.
Casa Italia’s cafe concept is a combination of traditional European coffeehouses and “made in Italy” gelato shops, especially those found in Florence.
In addition to delicious ice cream, you can also order sorbets, sherbets, waffles, hot and cold whole-bean coffee products, pastries, artisanal baked pizzas, and salads.
Casa Italia’s coffee, Otto 8, is roasted from single 100% Arabica coffee in small batches, creating a perfect blend suitable for hot coffee and cold brews.
