Launched in 2008, the shop creates healthy bakery products through a signature baking style, Avina Neutro, which brings out the best flavours and “emotions” of nature’s ingredients – it is the oldest, most natural way of making food.
This means that the bakery does not add artificial colourings or flavourings, preservatives, animal meat, rennet or gelatin, margarine, MSG, chemical bread improvers or alcohol.
