Created by JUMBO Group in 2011, Chui Huay Teochew Cuisine offers a range of delicious Teochew classics.
The sprawling 4,000 square foot restaurant is proudly housed within Chui Huay Lim Club, one of the oldest clubs in Singapore that was established by the Teochew community in 1845.
Visiting the place, you’ll get to enjoy Teochew cooking at its finest: from uncomplicated lunches of “muay” (Teochew-style porridge) to amazing seafood feasts.
As a testament to the restaurant’s genuine commitment to authenticity, to ensure that the recipes used in preparation remain true to the Teochew heritage, a Swatow-based food consultant was engaged in the process.
Menu highlights and customer favourites include perennial Teochew favourites such as Steamed Pomfret, Braised Duck, Cold Crab, Roasted Suckling Pig, and the signature dessert of Yam Paste.

As for ambience, the restaurant’s interiors have contemporary elegance, accented by the traditional décor elements that reflect Singapore’s rich history, of which the Teochew community was an inextricable part.
The restaurant is perfect for many types of events, from light-hearted karaoke sessions to grand weddings and corporate conferences as there are up to nine private dining rooms and a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 700 guests.
