Team of mixologists at the bar use a variety of classic labels to professionally curate gin cocktails with exciting florals, shrubs, or unique ice cubes to match the distinctive fruit or spice elements in each gin.
Name of the bar has been derived from Italian (pronounced as ‘chin-chin‘, meaning ‘cheers’), and as a homage to the sounds heard during lively celebrations.
