The casual fine dining restaurant, open to customers since 2014 within a beautiful 1910 colonial house and awarded One Michelin Star (2016-2019), serves exquisite Gastro-Botanica cuisine – a culinary devotion to nature, ecology, and sustainability – using French cooking techniques, French-Asian flavours, and a focus on botanicals.

As part of the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, the restaurant elevates botany in everything from visual motifs such as the logo, graphics, tableware and pictures on the wall to the incorporation of ‘botanical’ monkeys.
