CURATE Cucina Pisana, a good Italian restaurant in Singapore, is located within Resorts World Sentosa (26 Sentosa Gateway).
Open to customers since October 2021 and headed by Chef de Cuisine Davide Bizzarri from Pisa, Italy, the restaurant is the only place in Singapore specialising in creations from the home of the Leaning Tower.
The unique flavours are made with exquisite ingredients such as artisanal handmade pasta, divine Italian seafood and more.
Ingredients for the meals are specially imported from the Italian city and the surrounding regions in Tuscany in order to create the most authentic culinary experiences possible.
Highlights in the a la carte dinner menu, for example, are the likes of Pappa al Pomodoro di Mare (appetiser – Ciabatta bread stew with tomato soup), Pici alla “Marina di Pisa” (Tuscan style spaghetti served in seafood sauce)…
