The place has been named as a nod to the fact that the owner’s, Luca Iannone’s home region of Campania, Italy, has the Mozzarella di Bufala Denomination di Origin (D.O.P., aka protected origin denomination).
Celebrating this heritage food culture, the restaurant works only with the very best Italian farms and cheesemakers who milk their own herds and produce superior mozzarella cheese with the characteristic of porcelain white shine, milky texture and distinctive taste.
For preparing meals, the restaurant uses authentic, regional Italian recipes, making the most out of a range of Italian specialities in addition to mozzarella cheese, including Parma ham, sun-dried tomato and classic pasta dishes, complemented with an impressive wine list.
