Dancing Fish Signature restaurant in Singapore is located within TANGS at Tang Plaza (310 Orchard Road).
Established in 2010 in Bangsar (Kuala Lumpur), Malaysia, and in Singapore since August 2018, the restaurant offers a delicious range from Malay-Indo cuisine, showcasing uncompromised Malaysian & Indonesian flavours.
Number one item on the menu is the namesake Dancing Fish, containing whole Ikan Nila fresh from the tank, deep fried into a dramatic pose in golden crispy perfection, and served with your choice sides & sauces, the most popular being traditional Sambal Dabu Dabu sauce from Manado, Indonesia.
Other highlight items on the menu include, for example, Tahu Telur (appetiser – tower of tahu and flossy egg mixture, served with tangy special sambal tahu sauce) and Cumi Belado Goreng (calamari wok-fried with sambal belado, finished with wok flambe, and served with chilli pieces & condiments).
In terms of ambience, the restaurant features subtle modern Indonesian inspired decor, with also an alfresco dining area available, overlooking the beautiful Orchard Road.
