Taiwanese cafe chain Dazzling Café has two locations in Singapore, one at Capitol Piazza shopping centre (15 Stamford Road) and another within Orchard Gateway (277 Orchard Road). (UPDATE 2020: BOTH OF THE OUTLETS HAVE CLOSED)
Dazzling Café is famous, not only for their modern take on traditional Honey Toasts, but also as a place to spot local celebrities and socialites, who come to enjoy the food & the chic interior decor.
The acclaimed Dazzling Café Honey Toast has origins in Japan’s Shibuya, where it first gained popularity, and was then imported to Taiwan with some fine-tuning and modifications to better suit the local tastes.
The cafe places special emphasis on quality ingredients and freshness of the food, including having the Honey Toast bread baked and delivered fresh every single day.
Also, Dazzling Café’s gourmet tea selection only uses Mariage Frères and Hediard Tea leaves, which are imported directly from Paris, France, and the ice-cream is either premium Häagen-Dazs or customized gelato (for exotic flavours like Gula Melaka).
The cafe’s menu (available online at www.dazzlingcafe.sg) includes soups, salads, appetizers, risotto dishes, pastas, Brunch Specials (daily 12noon-6pm), desserts, coffees & cocoa drinks, slushies, juices, and teas.
