Founded by Madam Rosnani Gani in 1996, the restaurant offers traditional Indonesian cuisine prepared using famously delicious Indonesian ingredients, exotic herbs & spices, and authentic cooking methods, but with the added touch of the Kartika flavour.
Each dish on the menu has been prepared to be as appetizing to behold as it is to savour, complemented by the restaurants’ modern & relaxing environment and the warmest of customer services.
Dining at the outlets, you can choose your meal from the restaurant’s Set Menu or A La Carte Menu, the latter of which includes categories of appetizers, soups, vegetable dishes, chicken / meat dishes, seafood dishes, Indonesian favourites, rice & noodle dishes, and desserts & beverages.
Among the recommended Indonesian food delicacies on the A La Carte menu are Udang Petai Belado, Sop Buntut, Udang Asem Manis, Sop Betawi, Sotong Masak Hitam, Terong Belado Daging, Ikan Rica-Rica, Sambal Goreng Kartika, Ikan Bakar Kartika, Ayam Goreng Istimewa, Platter Combinasi Kartika, Ayam Lemak Kartika, Tahu Telur, as well as Ayam Panggang Bali.
