Devil Chicken, a popular place for Taiwanese fried chicken in Singapore, has four locations to choose from, one within Jewel Changi Airport (78 Airport Boulevard).
Founded by Huang Chien-feng in Taichung, Taiwan (where the company operates as ‘Devil Evolution Chicken‘) and in Singapore since October 2019, the chain offers Taiwanese street foods, especially fried chicken cutlets.
Popular choices in the menu include Original Chicken Cutlet (also available as Spicy), Crispy Chicken Skin Snacks, Sweet Potato Balls, Truffle Fries, as well as Sea Salt Fries.
The generously sized Fried Chicken Cutlet has an extraordinarily thick chicken breast core and a thin & wonderfully crispy outer layer to complement the succulent meat.
In terms of design, the chicken restaurant outlets feature Gothic style all-black decor and colour scheme, standing apart from the many cheerfully styled competitors.
