The outlets are especially known for their coffee, made from fine Arabica beans grown on the company’s Dimbulah Mountain Estate plantation on the Atherton tablelands of Australia, yielding unique and distinctive flavours.
Coffees prepared from the Australia – one the finest places in the world to grow coffee – grown beans are rich, with a sweet chocolate caramel body and long finish.
The coffee beans are roasted weekly to prepare the Estate Signature Roast, a rare boutique coffee at its best that you can also purchase for home use at the cafe outlets.
