In the cafe’s name, ‘Dolce’ means ‘sweet’ in Italian, and the combination of sweet influences from Japanese and Italian culinary traditions is showcased with a variety of desserts.
Japanese desserts range from Mitsu Mame (jelly cubes) to Kakigori (shaved ice), Zenzai (red bean dessert), and Matcha Green Tea Cake with goma black sesame.
