Du Yi Bookshop in Singapore has a network of four branch locations available, including one within PLQ Mall (10 Paya Lebar Road).
Founded originally as a comics shop in 1995 (and a proper bookstore since 2003), the outlets offer a great selection of books, stationery, and gift items.
Each of the chain’s bookstore branches is unique, with for example, the outlet at National University Hospital (NUH) also featuring a floral section, catered for people visiting the patients.

Overall, the extensive range of books across the locations includes titles mainly on areas of wellness, mind & body, food & drink, humour, self-help, inspirational and fiction.
The bookshop‘s children books, meanwhile, have been curated by the owner, selected based on a parent’s point of view, and ranging from readers to activity books, reference books, and to origami books.
You can also also visit one of the outlets for stationery and gifts, with the selection having interesting and unique stationeries that especially children will fancy. Among the top sellers are unique erasers and notepads, designs that are not only nice but also very affordable. Besides creative stationery, the stores have stationeries for everyday office use.
There is also a little section in each branch for CDs, consisting primarily of music CDs.
