All eye examination services at eGG are operated by registered optometrists, who have the needed experience and their work is governed by local laws and relevant regulations. A typical eye examination lasts about 5-15 minutes.
After-sales services at eGG include 60-days Refractive Guarantee Service, Frame Adjustment Service, Eyewear Cleaning Service (free for all eGG eyewear customers), and Exchange of Eyewear Screw and Nose Pad.
