Elfuego by COLLIN’S European restaurant in Singapore operates within Jewel Changi Airport, at 78 Airport Boulevard.
Founded by Chef Colin Ho in 2012 and owned today by Collin’s Group, the restaurant has an open kitchen concept and a menu featuring modern European cuisine.
Every dish is carefully curated by local award-winning chefs and designed to leave a lasting impression on diners.
