American ice cream shop chain Emack & Bolio’s has one location in Singapore, at Jewel Changi Airport mall (78 Airport Boulevard). (UPDATE 2021: THE OUTLET HAS CLOSED)
Founded in 1975 in Boston, United States, Emack & Bolio’s offers a wonderful collection of 100 outstanding ice cream flavours.
Emack & Bolio’s only uses ingredients of the highest quality, and they do not add dyes or use milk from genetically hormone-induced cows for the products.
One of the ice cream shop’s signature items is called Marsh “Mellow” Cone, which comes covered with Oreos, Rice Krispies and Froot Loops.
You can also try out ice cream pizzas, hand-made chocolates, home-made hot fudge sauce, smoothies, shakes, frozen yogurts, and sorbets.
