Equilibrium Italian restaurant is located at Capitol Piazza shopping centre in Singapore, at 15 Stamford Road. (UPDATE 2020: THE RESTAURANT HAS CLOSED)

The restaurant and its menu has been designed taking inspiration from an unique Venetian Bacaro & Ristorante concept, resulting in a great overall culinary experience.

Equilibrium’s modern Bacaro & Ristorante menu features up to 30 varieties of Cicchetti and Antipasti, around 20 types of main courses, and a range of desserts that have been prepared using modernist techniques.

The main categories within the menu include soups, cicchetti (small side dishes and snacks), salads, main courses, risotto dishes, pizzas (choice of 9″ or 13″ sizes), pasta dishes (cream, tomato, or olive oil based), plus a small selection of seafood specialties.
