A service managed by HomeTeamNS, non-profit association with a membership base of over 200,000, the gyms offer modern fitness equipment & facilities at affordable prices.
Of the locations, the premium gym at Khatib is the largest facility with a total of nine workout zones, featuring free weights, stack weights, plate loaded equipment, cardio equipment, boxing studio, functional training, hydraulic fitness equipment, group fitness classes, and a guardians bridge.

At Khatib & Bukit Batok, beyond modern gym equipment & free weights, available services also include towels, locker usage, shower room, steam room, virtual fitness classes, in-house group fitness classes, and swimming pool usage. Balestier also has these additional services, lacking only a steam room.

To start exercising at the outlets, you can choose Walk-In (pay for just one-time visit), Premium all-Day / Off-Peak membership (12 months), or All Access All-Day / Off-Peak membership (12 months).

Of these, the All Access membership allows you access to all Fitness Workz gyms – Bukit Batok, Bedok Reservoir, Balestier, and Khatib.

Price for the fitness centre membership depends on your whether you are a HomeTeamNS member (cheapest rates), a member of an affiliated organisation (SAFRA, discounted rates), or a guest (standard rates), as well as whether you choose All-Day or Off-Peak membership.
