Established 1-Group, the place (pronounced “flint“) is a Nikkei-influenced sumiyaki bar and grill with a Japanese-meets-Peruvian lifestyle concept of elevated cocktails, specialty sakes, and elegant dishes.

For food, the outlet’s menu has grilled dishes from ranging from Japanese-style sumiyaki (binchotan charcoal grilled) to the antichuco (of Peruvian in origin), prepared especially with the best exotic Peruvian produce while preserving the principles and precision of Japanese culinary tradition.

As for the bar section, there is an exciting Nikkei-inspired beverage programme (including cocktails, sakes, wines, spirits), where the drinks have flavour profiles that bring together the elegance of Japan with the freshness and spicy punch of Peru.
