Fong Sheng Hao has three Taiwanese cafes in Singapore, including one outlet within PLQ Mall (10 Paya Lebar Road).
Founded by Mr Hsu Min Hung in 2013 in Taipei, Taiwan, the traditional breakfast cafe, famous for their Charcoal Toast & Milk Tea, has been in Singapore since 2019.
The company’s cafes are among the landmark destinations within Taipei’s Shilin Night Market, from where they’ve made, for example, Charcoal Toast + Milk Tea a regional breakfast trend.

Highlights on the sandwich & toast menu include, for example, Pork Egg and Cheese, Ham Egg & Cheese, Spicy Pork Egg and Cheese, Tomato Egg & Cheese, as well as Taiwan Special Pork Patty (with traditionally handcrafted mince pork patty, served with egg and cheese).

In many ways, the Taiwanese cafe outlet has been built to provide a retro image to complement the traditional menu, featuring an open kitchen, floral displays, ambience decoration, and solid wood tables & chairs.
