GAIG Restaurant, a popular Spanish restaurant in Singapore, is located within Chinatown neighbourhood, at 16 Stanley Street.
Created by Chef Carles Gaig in 1989 and in Singapore since 2017, the restaurant offers a menu created out of popular Catalan and Northern Spanish cuisine delicacies.
Highlights in the Spanish restaurant a la carte menu include, for example, Gaig’s Traditional Cannelloni (stuffed with beef and pork – recipe from 1869), Squid Ink and Seafood Fideuà (paella made with short noodles), as well as Grilled Beef Tenderloin (with Padrón peppers and potatoes).
