Ginza Anzu, a popular Japanese tonkatsu restaurant in Singapore, operates within Great World shopping mall (1 Kim Seng Promenade).
The Japanese chain, a farm-to-table concept eatery that was founded in Kyushu, Japan, is famous for their authentic Tonkatsu (breaded, deep-fried meat – usually a pork cutlet).
All of the dishes are prepared with premium ingredients imported primarily from Kyushu, with curated imports of top quality pork from US and Canada.
Furthermore, as the chain’s parent company is a meat wholesaler, this ensures highly stringent selections of pork, with some meats going through a unique ageing process.
The Japanese restaurant also offers island-wide deliveries (via the official website), available daily between 11am and 9:30pm.
