Hale Yoga has two aerial yoga studios in Singapore, one located within Robinson Square (Tanjong Pagar), at 144 Robinson Road.
Established in 2017, the modern yoga studio has wonderful settings, for example, a 1,100 sq ft space and 4.8 metre ceiling height on the 19th floor of the Robinson Square building, providing beautiful city skyline views.
Daily aerial yoga classes available at the studios include both Aerial Trapeze and Aerial Silk Yoga.
Among the aerial class types and corresponding recommended levels, meanwhile, are the likes of Aerial Stretch (Trapeze or Silk) – Multi-level (Beginner friendly), Aerial Vinyasa – Multi-level (Beginners welcome), as well as Aerial Silk Hatha – Intermediate & Above.
If you are an aerial newbie or one that is new to the studio, they recommend that you first to do 4 to 16 Aerial Vinyasa classes before trying out Aerial Silk Hatha.⠀
There are many benefits of participating in aerial yoga workouts, such as increased muscle & joint strength, reduced stress levels and increase “happy” hormones, improved flexibility, reduced back problems, and improved balance.
Other types yoga fitness classes that the places offer are Wheel Vinyasa (suitable for all levels – features the use of Yoga Wheel to specifically open tight backs and shoulders in back bends postures)…
