Within the 128-seat restaurant, you can treat yourself to four completely different Japanese cuisine menus and experiences created by Chef Hide Yamamoto.
The sushi bar section has dishes made out of the freshest fish that is air-flown daily from the famous Tsukiji market in Tokyo, Japan.
Robata (charcoal grill) section, meanwhile, allows you to indulge in high quality Japanese vegetables, fish, and Wagyu beef prepared using a petrified wood Charcoal Robata Grill.
If you’d prefer homemade Japanese Ramen Noodles, the Noodle Bar section offers ramen noodles that prepared utilizing traditional, 110-year-old culinary techniques from Japan.
Finally, there is a Teppanyaki section, featuring six Teppan tables and a full kitchen, complemented by a semi-Western style pastry menu that caters to your every craving.
