IB HQ is a cocktail bar that was created after the founders dove deeply into cocktail research whilst writing all the articles for a website called The Indigenous Bartender.
The cocktail bar has become a showcase brick and mortar space for locally sourced cocktail ingredients and their uses with a culinary and creative approach.
IB HQ, which is also inspired by comfortable Japanese bars and secret hide out tea houses, provides additional cocktail experiences that have been inspired by travels and experimental dining experiences around the world.
You can order classic cocktails, as they are available upon request, as are selected champagne, wine, sake, beer, and non-alcoholic cocktails.
Highlights on the cocktail menu include such delights as Maharaja (Curry Gin, Jackfruit Bitter, Sweet Vermouth), High Roller (12 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey, Gyokuro Tea, Pear Liqueur topped up with Perrier), and Bananaquiri (Blends of Rums, Banana, Sake, Lime, Gomme).
You can rent the inspiring space during the day for private events, including industry and corporate activations.
