Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta restaurant has three locations in Singapore, including one within Jewel Changi Airport mall (78 Airport Boulevard).
Founded by Chef Onishi Yuki in 2012 in Tokyo, Japan, Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta is best known for being the world’s first Michelin-starred ramen joint.
The driving idea behind the restuarant is to create truly original flavours, redefining the classic Ramen experience without any artificial components or MSG ad taking creative inspiration from premium, natural ingredients.
Overall, highlights on the restaurant’s menu include, for example, the signature Shoyu Soba (char siu (1 slice), bamboo shoot, leek & black truffle pureed in black truffle oil), Kamo Baitan Soba (kamo char siu (2 slices), bamboo shoot, onion, baby leaves & crushed cashew nuts), as well as Ajitama Teriyaki Chicken Soba (teriyaki chicken (2 slices), flavored egg, baby leaves, corn, diced yellow onion, pan seared mushroom).
