Kai Garden, a good Cantonese restaurant in Singapore, operates within Marina Square shopping centre, at 6 Raffles Boulevard.
Created by Chef Fung Chi Keung in 2015, the restaurant serves delicious traditional Cantonese food with modern influences, but without any compromises on the flavour of the dishes.
Although the perfect preparation of the food is paramount at the place, they also make sure that you are delighted and surprised by the presentation of the dishes as well.
The menu contains many highlights in addition to Peking Duck and Dim Sum, including such popular choices as Double-Boiled Lobster Soup with Dumplings, Pan-Fried Charcoal Pork Buns, Pan-Fried Seafood Dumplings, Deep-Fried Yam and Pumpkin, Pan-Fried Siew Mai, Crispy Cheong Fun, as well as Steamed Prawn Dumplings.
The interiors of the Cantonese restaurant are as exciting as is the menu, with the spacious main dining hall (which can seat up to 120 guests) being illuminated by a resplendent light panel with a Chinese screen motif that stretches across the vast hall.
With a floor-to-ceiling glass panel lining the side that opens up to an open balcony, you can enjoy a great view of the Marina Bay skyline while dining in comfort. This aspect of the restaurant also makes the main hall an ideal venue for corporate events or family celebrations.
