Kuro Maguro – Japanese Restaurant in Singapore

Kuro Maguro, a popular Japanese restaurant in Singapore, operates within Guoco Tower shopping centre, at 7 Wallich Street.

Open to customers since 2017, the outlet offers a delicious range of maguro donburi, sushi, and sashimi meals.

The restaurant concept was brought to Singapore by Misaki Megumi Suisan, a famous wholesaler of maguro (tuna) and other fish products in Japan.

For the meals, the company imports fish three times a week directly from Miura Misaki Kou (Misaki Port in Miura), curating top-quality and freshest fish directly from the trawlers, including premium cuts of tuna, uni, and more.

Highlights on the Japanese restaurant lunch menu, for example, include the likes of Salmon Oyako Meshi Set (salmon sashimi, ikura, miso soup, chawanmushi, fruits), Maguro Mentai Rolls (cucumber wrapped with maguro & mentaiko sauce), as well as Tempura Platter (deep fried mixed shrimp and vegetables).
