Established in Hokkaido, Japan, in 2009, the restaurant introduces a unique motsunabe culinary experience.
Motsunabe is a traditional Japanese hot pot dish that consists mainly of beef or pork tripe or other offal, stewed with vegetables like cabbage, leek, and garlic.
Open to customers since November 2022, the Singapore outlet, which is located within Eat At Seven food court, also has a range of other popular Japanese favourites on the menu, including Okonomiyaki and Yakisoba cooked over teppan.
