Kushikatsu Tanaka Japanese restaurant has one location in Singapore, at Clarke Quay (3A River Valley Road). (UPDATE 2021: THE OUTLET HAS CLOSED)
The biggest kushikatsu restaurant chain in Japan and in Singapore since December 2017, Kushikatsu Tanaka is especially famous for their Osaka-style fried cutlet skewers and signature dipping sauces.
Apart from the wide selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables, you’ll also enjoy the restaurant’s desserts that are breaded in panko and deep-fried upon order to golden-brown perfection.
Highlights on the menu also include Niku Udon (sliced beef and udon in bonito soup), Kushi Katsu Curry Don (deep fried beef, pork, and chicken skewers served on rice with Japanese curry sauce), and Chicken Teriyaki (pan-fried chicken in sweet soy sauce).
There is also a great selection of Jim Beam Highballs (a mix of Japanese whiskey and soda) to accompany your meal experience.
