Established by Chef Eduard Castellarnau in January 2018, La Cala (translated as “the bay” from Spanish), offers delicious Mediterranean dishes in a sophisticated and laid-back atmosphere.
The affordably priced menu is created from authentic Mediterranean recipes with a distinct Spanish emphasis, using the best of the best, top-grade ingredients, such as Iberian ham sourced from Europe.
Signature choices from the menu include Spanish tapas and paellas, as well as larger meat and seafood dishes.
Highlights on the menu feature such delights as Catalan Roasted Chick En Roulade (roasted chicken with prunes, apricots and pine nuts), Carabinero Prawn (grilled carabinero prawn), and Fideuà (Catalan noodle paella with squid ink broth and calamari).
La Cala’s drinks list is a perfect companion for the food, whether you’re after a fruity sangria or refreshing beers. The spirit and cocktail selection, meanwhile, has all of the popular short and long drinks.
