Le Matin Patisserie has two locations in Singapore to choose from, including a cafe-bakery (Porcelain Cafe) within Paragon shopping mall (290 Orchard Road).
In the cafe’s name ‘matin‘ comes from French, meaning ‘morning‘, also derived from the name of the Singaporean Head Chef, Mohamed Al-Matin.
True to this spirit, many customers visit the place early in the morning to get a taste of freshly baked pastries that perfectly pair with coffee.
77 Robinson Road.
During the days that the outlets are open, viennoiseries are made available from 8am, with additional batches of bakes released at 10am and 12noon. Chilled servings, meanwhile, like the Kombu Tart and Goat’s Milk Eclair are available from 10am onward.
Other popular items on the menu include such delicacies as Kouign Amann, classic Croissant, Canele, plus Pistachio Escargot.

Overall, emphasis on the selection of pastries made by the bakery shop is on seasonal flavours, and also sold in wildly popular basic bake boxes: Le Splendide Matin & Le Grand Matin.
Of these, Le Splendide Matin, for example, contains a selection of 6 pastries: 2 x Pain Au Chocolat, 2 x Kouign Amann, and 2 x Almond Croissant; Le Grand Matin includes 5 pastries: 1 x Pain Au Chocolat, 1 x Kouign Amann, 1 x Almond Croissant, 1 x Butter Croissant, and 1 x Pistachio Escargot.
