Live Twice Japanese cocktail bar in Singapore is located within Outram district & Chinatown neighbourhood, at 20 Bukit Pasoh Road.
The bar, a concept created by Jigger & Pony Group, is inspired by mid-century Japan and welcomes guests from all walks of life, united in their love of cocktails.
Open to customers since November 2019, the destination bar is especially for the cocktail lovers who lead successful, dynamic lives by day, but come the night, their most authentic selves come out to play – this is a bar to Live Twice.
Atmosphere at the outlet comes from stylish vintage fittings and cosy alcoves that transport you the the heart of Tokyo, circa post-war Ginza in the ‘60s.
Kame Maewari Mizuwari.
One of the signature cocktails at the Japanese bar is Kame Maewari Mizuwari (Nikka coffey grain whisky, Nikka coffey malt whisky, hokkaido soft water), mixed at least 3 days in advance and stored in a traditional Japanese clay pot before it’s served.
