Mag’s Wine Kitchen restaurant in Singapore is located within four star rated KeSa House boutique hotel (55 Keong Saik Road).
The upmarket restaurant, which has been open to customers since 1996, offers a selection of French & Japanese-style dishes and an excellent range of Bordeaux and Burgundy wines & Japanese sakes.
Highlights on the dinner menu include the likes of Meat Platter Sharing Platter (tenderloin, striploin, pork belly – plus one side), Classic Navarin Lamb (root vegetables, pearl onion), as well as Selection of Farmed Cheese (dessert – for 1 or 2).
Meat Platter.
In terms of atmosphere, central to the dining experience at the restaurant from the early days has been an open kitchen.
A main interior highlight that beautifully complements the open kitchen concept is a 7 metre-long marble Chef’s Table, which seats 9 diners.
Getting seated within the Chef’s Table, you’ll have a change to banter with the chefs and enjoy privileges like getting a taste of the food and sauces being prepared.
The main dining room at the restaurant, meanwhile, provides a cosy, comfortable setting surrounding the wine cellar.
