The outlet utilizes traditional preparation methods for their dishes, using only the best quality ingredients that are imported directly from the company’s branch in Central, Hong Kong, to ensure similarity of taste just like the original recipes.

The main attraction, Wonton Noodles, are served in a small bowl, as it was originally intended to be a snack and not a main dish in Canton.

Small serving size also keeps the noodles from turning soggy, keeping them perfectly springy in texture and taste.

Each wonton dish has fresh shrimps as one of the ingredients, with the soup made from a secret recipe that has been passed down over three generations in Mak’s family, with all the proportions and measurements following the traditional methods.
