Mazesoba dishes at the outlets are specially made with thick, bouncy ramen noodles and a signature richly flavored minced meat sauce, then slow-cooked with a secret recipe and often finished with a flowy onsen egg, flavourful fish powder, and garnish.

Highlights in the restaurant‘s Grand Menu include, for example, Aburi Chashu Mazesoba (signature maze-soba with char grilled chashu), Beef Mazesoba (with Sukiyaki style tender beef), as well as Homemade Karaage (crispy karaage that is seasoned with original soy sauce).
