Founded by Chef Takuma Ishikawa in 2013 in Tokyo, Japan, the restaurant specializes in maze-soba (literally translating as “mixed noodles” from Japanese) dishes.

Today, the restaurant is the largest maze-soba chain in the world, representing one of the latest ramen trends from Japan with a total of 30 outlets worldwide, including Tokyo, Jakarta, Vancouver, Manila, and Bangkok.

Mazesoba dishes at the outlets are specially made with thick, bouncy ramen noodles and a signature richly flavored minced meat sauce, then slow-cooked with a secret recipe and often finished with a flowy onsen egg, flavorful fish powder, and garnish.
