MICRO Bakery | Kitchen has two bakery & cafe outlets in Singapore, one within Serene Centre (10 Jalan Serene).
The outlets are small batch bakery shops that serve the local neighbourhood with freshly made sourdough breads and other delicious baked goods.
Since 2022, MICRO has been pioneering a single origin flour program for their sourdough bread – a celebration of baking bread with grains traceable to a source – with Jason Cotter of Tuerong Farm, Australia.

As a bakery & cafe, you can also have a meal & coffee at the outlets, with the breakfast / lunch menus featuring such highlights as Big Breakfast (bratwurst sausage, scrambled free-range eggs, cherry tomatoes, roasted mushrooms, salad, sourdough toast) and Grilled 4 Cheese Sandwich (smoked ricotta, raclette, mozzarella, cheddar, sauerkraut, tomato jam).
